Speevaluation is free during the beta. Evaluators volunteer their time. No money is charged or paid out. Example evaluators, ratings and experience are fictional and clearly labeled. Generated portraits are illustrative.

Your account and content

Sign-in is provided by ChatGPT. We use your site-specific account ID and display name to keep your profile, speeches and orders connected. Your evaluator biography, languages, services and photo become public when you activate your evaluator profile. Written reviews and open request descriptions are also public.

Private videos

Speech videos are available to their owner and the evaluator after an order is accepted. Delivered feedback is available to the order participants. Files are stored in object storage and accessed through authorization checks. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or third-party recordings without permission during this preview.

Preview limits

Videos: MP4, WebM or MOV, up to 50 MB each. Profile photos: JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. Each account can store 3 active speech videos, up to 30 total files and 300 MB. All accounts share a 5 GB upload limit. Speech and feedback videos become inaccessible 30 days after upload and are permanently deleted during automatic cleanup. Cleanup runs during marketplace activity and through a daily Codex maintenance task, which requires the owner’s computer to be available. If that task is offline, physical deletion resumes on the next cleanup; expired videos remain inaccessible. Keep a copy before expiry. Profile photos do not expire. Manage, download or permanently delete your files in Storage. Written feedback and speech descriptions remain. Existing videos receive a 30-day transition period from this policy update. No marketing or analytics cookies are added by the application. Sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication cookies.

Website audience measurement

We count views of the home page, evaluator directory and public evaluator profiles using daily totals. These statistics store only the day, a page category and a broad referrer category (direct or unknown, search, social, internal or other). We do not store visitor IDs, IP addresses, cookies, query strings or full referrer URLs in these statistics. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Daily totals older than 90 days are removed when the next measurement arrives. These figures count page views, not unique people, and do not include private account pages. Our hosting provider processes network requests separately to operate and protect the website.

Before commercial launch

Operator contact details, complete legal terms, dispute handling and live payment onboarding must be finalized before accepting real paid evaluations.
